AEON Institute of Language Education, Inc. (AIOLE) is the research and development division of the company responsible for the curriculum, teaching methods and pedagogy, educational materials and textbook production for AEON schools. AIOLE’s headquarters is located in Tokyo.

AEON Intercultural USA

AEON Intercultural USA is responsible for the international recruitment, hiring, and processing of AEON Corporation’s foreign teaching staff in Japan. The recruiting office is located in Grapevine, Texas.  AEON’s recruiters travel throughout the US and other countries to interview and hire new AEON teachers.

Amity Corporation

Amity Corporation is responsible for the educational and business operations, development of curriculum, teaching methods and pedagogy, educational materials and textbook production for the exclusive network of Amity Children’s Schools throughout Japan. Amity’s headquarters is located in Okayama. Amity recruits English-speaking teachers from one office in North America located in Los Angeles.

MPI Matsuka Phonics Institute

MPI develops and publishes English learning materials for children using the Phonics learning method.

Ryugaku Journal, Inc.

Ryugaku Journal, Inc. is our travel and study abroad agency responsible for organizing and coordinating all overseas educational opportunities, including cultural exchange, home stay, and study abroad programs. Ryugaku Journal publishes the well-known reference periodical of the same name for anyone wishing to study abroad. Ryugaku Journal’s headquarters is located in Tokyo.
