AEON sponsors successful applicants in applying for a Japanese
work visa. Teachers will then receive a Certificate of Eligibility which must
be taken to the local Japanese Embassy or Consulate which will issue the visa
stamp. Once approval for a visa has been granted, teachers can also finalize their
arrangements and flight plans for Japan.
New employees are met at the airport by AEON staff members. They then proceed
to one of our regional training centers for a week of educational and cultural
training. The training, including all transportation and accommodation, is at
AEON's expense. During training, teachers will meet other new AEON teachers and
begin to explore their new country, often while developing new friendships.
Your recruiter will be able to answer most of your questions regarding the process
of securing a visa, but if you have any particular concerns or further visa questions,
please direct them to an Embassy or Consulate of Japan.
