It is vital that students study English at home, preparing for and reviewing their lessons, in order to make steady progress. While many other language schools overlook the necessity of self-study and self-training at home, AEON emphasizes these areas to assist students with their endeavors in effectively improving their language skills. We continually provide counseling to encourage, give advice to, and motivate our students. Each student is introduced to the most helpful and practical way of studying at home, based on their strengths and weaknesses as well as their schedule and lifestyle. Our educational support for students extends outside of the classroom and assures them of their progress. This support system has led us to our current level of success and excellence in English education and has been highly commended along with the actual classroom lessons we offer. We address new students' questions and concerns in an Initial Counseling session, which is conducted after they attend their first few lessons. We make certain that students feel correctly placed in the class in terms of the level and the type of the lesson. Since every student progresses at a different pace, we regularly reevaluate their level and provide feedback to them through Educational Counseling. We discuss how they are studying and training at home and suggest more effective ways of overcoming their weaknesses. Necessary modifications are made to their original course plans so that they can achieve their goals more rapidly. As students acquire the language abilities of their current level of study, we present options for the next level. Through this Step-Up Counseling, students are kept motivated and are able to achieve even higher goals.
